Controlling the spin transport at the single-molecule level, especially without the use of ferromagnetic contacts, becomes a focus of research in spintronics. Inspired by the progress on atomic-level molecular synthesis, through first-principles calculations, we investigate the spin-dependent electronic transport of graphene nanoflakes with side-bonded functional groups, contacted by atomic carbon chain electrodes. It is found that, by rotating the functional group, the spin polarization of the transmission at the Fermi level could be switched between completely polarized and unpolarized states. Moreover, the transition between spin-up and spin-down polarized states can also be achieved, operating as a dual-spin filter. Further analysis shows that, it is the spin-dependent shift of density of states, caused by the rotation, that triggers the shift of transmission peaks, and then results in the variation of spin polarization. Such a feature is found to be robust to the length of the nanoflake and the electrode material, showing great application potential. Those findings may throw light on the development of spintronic devices.  相似文献

Stochastic resonance (SR) has been extensively utilized in the field of weak fault signal detection for its characteristic of enhancing weak signals by transferring the noise energy. Aiming at solving the output saturation problem of the classical bistable stochastic resonance (CBSR) system, a double Gaussian potential stochastic resonance (DGSR) system is proposed. Moreover, the output signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the DGSR method is derived based on the adiabatic approximation theory to analyze the effect of system parameters on the DGSR method. At the same time, for the purpose of overcoming the drawback that the traditional SNR index needs to know the fault characteristic frequency (FCF), the weighted local signal-to-noise ratio (WLSNR) index is constructed. The DGSR with WLSNR can obtain optimal parameters adaptively, thereby establishing the DGSR system. Ultimately, a DGSR method is proposed and applied in centrifugal fan blade crack detection. Through simulations and experiments, the effectiveness and superiority of the DGSR method are verified.  相似文献

The localized electrostatic structures with dissipation due to ion-neutral collisions in a symmetric warm pair-ion plasma in the presence of non-Maxwellian population of electrons are studied. The analytical model for ion dynamics is based on fluid equations and the evolution equation is derived by using the reductive perturbation scheme in the form of a damped Korteweg-de Vries equation. The parameter regime relevant to space-based observations and laboratory plasmas is considered and time evolution of the propagating ion-acoustic soliton is discussed. The energetic-particles-driven properties of soliton for various spectral indices, dissipation, ion temperature, and density are illustrated with comparison to the thermal mode for Boltzmann distribution of electrons.  相似文献

Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) is an intensively studied anode material for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) owing to its high theoretical capacity, but it is still confronted by severe challenges of unsatisfactory rate capability and cycle life. Herein, few-layer MoS2 nanosheets, vertically grown on hierarchical carbon nanocages (hCNC) by a facile hydrothermal method, introduce pseudocapacitive lithium storage owing to the highly exposed MoS2 basal planes, enhanced conductivity, and facilitated electrolyte access arising from good hybridization with hCNC. Thus, the optimized MoS2/hCNC exhibits reversible capacities of 1670 mAh g−1 at 0.1 A g−1 after 50 cycles, 621 mAh g−1 at 5.0 A g−1 after 500 cycles, and 196 mAh g−1 at 50 A g−1 after 2500 cycles, which are among the best for MoS2-based anode materials. The specific power and specific energy, which can reach 16.1 kW and 252.8 Wh after 3000 cycles, respectively, indicate great potential in high-power and long-life LIBs. These findings suggest a promising strategy for exploring advanced anode materials with high reversible capacity, high-rate capability, and long-term recyclability.  相似文献

The development of high-efficiency electrocatalysts with low costs for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is essential, but remains challenging. Herein, a new synthetic process is proposed to prepare Ni3S4 particles embedded in N,P-codoped honeycomb porous carbon aerogels (Ni3S4/N,P-HPC) through a hydrogel approach. The preparation of Ni3S4/N,P-HPC begins with the sol–gel polymerization of tripolyphosphate, chitosan, and guanidine polymer that contains metal-binding sites, allowing for the uniform incorporation of Ni ions into the gel matrix, freeze-drying, and subsequent carbonization under an inert atmosphere. This synthesis resolves difficulties in synthesizing the pure Ni3S4 phase caused by the instability of Ni3S4 at high temperature, while affording good control of the porous structure and N,P-doping of carbon aerogels. The synergy between the structural advantages of N,P-carbon aerogels (such as easily accessible active sites, high specific surface area, and excellent electron transport) and the intrinsic electrochemical properties of Ni3S4 result in the outstanding OER performance of Ni3S4/N,P-HPC, with overpotentials as low as 0.37 V at 10 mA cm−2. The work outlined herein offers a simple and effective method for the development of carbon-based electrocatalysts for renewable energy conversion.  相似文献

1,3-Azaprotio transfer of propargylic α-ketocarboxylate oximes, a new type of alkynyl oximes featuring an ester tether, has been explored by taking advantage of gold catalysis. The incorporation of an oxygen atom to the chain of alkynyl oximes led to the formation of two different oxa-cyclic nitrones. It was found that internal alkynyl oximes with an E-configuration deliver five-membered nitrones, whereas terminal alkynyl oximes with an E-configuration afford six-membered nitrones. DFT calculations on four possible pathways supported a stepwise formation of C−N and C−H bonds, in which a 1,3-acyloxy-migration competes with the 1,3-azaprotio-transfer, especially in the case of internal alkynyl oximes. The relative nucleophilic properties of oxygen in the carbonyl group and the nitrogen in the oxime, the electronic effects of alkynes, and the influence of the ring system have been investigated computationally.  相似文献

An unprecedented Mn(I)-catalyzed selective hydroarylation and hydroalkenylation of unsaturated amides with commercially available organic boronic acids is reported. Alkenyl boronic acids have been successfully employed for the first time in Mn(I)-catalyzed carbon–carbon bond formation. A wide array of β-alkenylated amide products can be obtained in moderate to good yields, which offers practical access to five- and six-membered lactams. This protocol has predictable regio- and chemoselectivity, excellent functional group compatibility and ease of operation in air, representing a significant step-forward towards manganese-catalyzed C−C coupling.  相似文献
